Clicks Technology US Inc. (“Clicks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a reservation program that allows customers to reserve a Clicks Communicator prior to general availability.
By placing a reservation, you secure priority access to purchase a Clicks Communicator when ordering opens ahead of shipment. These Terms govern your reservation and subsequent order.
We currently offer two reservation options:

When the Clicks Communicator is approaching production readiness, we will notify you by email that ordering is opening.
At that time:
You will receive confirmation when your order is placed.
Clicks is actively developing and preparing the Clicks Communicator for production.
While we anticipate shipping according to our published timeline, all reservations and orders remain subject to manufacturing readiness, component availability, regulatory approvals, and quality assurance requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clicks shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions or manufacturing delays.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
